Senior Project Manager

smartdept.inc. is searching for a Senior Project Manager for a client located in Lincolnshire, IL. The ideal candidate will come with 5+ years of experience. This is a full-time, contract opportunity that will be 100% remote. This contract is expected to last 6-8 months with a possibility of direct hire after the contract period. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Be accountable for all aspects of the project over the entire life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, communicate, control, close)
• Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for a client's multiple project needs
• Consult with project sponsors, participants, stakeholders and customers to review project proposals including goals, time frames and funding limitations
• Ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives
• Develop and manage project budgets and project teams

 What You’ll Need: 

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Experience with operations and administrative tasks
• Experience managing project teams and large-scale projects
