smartdept.inc. is searching for a Project Manager for a pharmacy and eCommerce client. This is a full-time, 2-year contract that is currently remote with the plans to return back to the Chicago office in October.
What You'll Do:
This position is responsible for managing the execution of the cloud migration life cycle in accordance with project scope, budget, and plans. The project manager will coordinate and manage the deployment of resources (people, infrastructure, financial, information) and identify required modifications to project plans based on changed priorities, policies, and resource constraints. The Project Manager will develop resource strategies, budget, staffing models, tools, and support plans necessary to execute the project. They will ensure compliance with standards, policies, procedures, and other requirements, monitor the project status and track key performance indicators. The Project Manager will provide project progress reports to internal stakeholders, create detailed project plans, manage costs, budgets and schedules.
What You'll Need:
- Application migration experience
- exposure to Cloud migration lifecycle
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Global team exposure
- Expertise in methodologies tools (Clarity, MS Project, SharePoint repositories, System Development Life Cycle
- Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies
- 10-12 years of experience
- Must be local to Deerfield, IL and be able to work at the office location. (Remote is not permitted)
