The smartdept is in search of Production Artist for a financial services client in Seattle, WA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, working on-site for 3-6 months with full-time hours. If you have experience producing print and digital collateral in a corporate setting, then this is the job for you!
What you'll be doing:
  • Working with stakeholders to create meeting and presentation materials
  • Revising creative files based on client / internal edits, accurately and efficiently
  • Assembling social media images
  • Light website edits (articles, blogs, etc.)
  • Advertisements (print and digital)
  • Client/prospect content marketing emails
What you'll need:
  • 3+ years of production graphic design (in-house experience in a professional environment) working with a team (graphic designers and stakeholders) producing both print and digital content
  • Proficient in the latest Adobe CC Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and using templates
  • Tedious attention to detail (notice inconsistencies and misaligned items)
  • PC proficient
  • Have a strong set of project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong work ethic
  • Maintain high standards of quality for final deliverables
  • General advertising, marketing and media terminology and processes
  • Desire to continue learning and expand upon skills as the industry evolves
Bonus Skills:
  • Video editing/production skills
