What you'll do: 

  • The Support contract position has internal client support and customer service responsibilities including file management, data analysis, report generation/trending, information gathering, and production of key client reports.
  • Responsible for assisting with the implementation, reporting, support, and analysis for various merchant site visit campaigns with a focus on overall customer experience and root cause failure efforts.
  • They will work closely with the Field Solutions and Acceptance Validation teams and management to support campaign efforts through field rep support, channel lead management, reporting, and auditing.
  • The candidate would also be responsible for validation of account information provided back by lead owners including fraud monitoring and trend analysis.
  • This position will also work closely with internal partners (Analytics and Complaints Management) to process and analyze campaign activities from all contact channels.
  • The role is also responsible for implementing data capture, reporting and analysis enhancements to improve efficiencies and accurately represent the results of site visits/merchant contacts and regional initiative efforts.
  • They will also be responsible for creating SOP documents for all processes and partnerships with internal customers.
  • They also are involved with special ad hoc projects for management and provide reporting, planning, analysis and technical support for Customer Experience Team Management and site visit representatives.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects within strict guidelines and time frames, and fielding requests from numerous individuals and internal departments are crucial skills.
    Skill/Experience/Education

What you'll need:

  • Degree requirements: Associates Degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Software usage required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint)
  • Prefer: Outlook, Salesforce, MapAnything, Teradata experience
  • Ideal Candidate Would also have process documentation and analysis experience.
