The Manager, Marketing Services is an experienced marketing professional who will be responsible for the daily operational processes and procedures that drive our go to market team to deliver results. This role will support the execution, maintenance and continuous improvement of marketing programs, marketing automation, planning/budgeting and other technology platforms necessary to enable the marketing team to perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Works cross functionally with key marketing partners and key business stakeholders to yield desired outcomes. Position requires both lead generation and direct marketing expertise with proven success in analyzing data and making recommendations based on measurable results. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be comfortable with both traditional and new media, be equally strong in analysis, and must possess strong project and time management skills.



  • Oversee the team responsible for preparations for sales readiness and channel strategies by development of materials and internal communications
  • Work closely with team to develop creative concepts for overarching campaigns
  • Conduit and liaison to direct marketing team – this will be a vital role as we begin the process of automating our marketing and defining the process to nurture leads
  • Manage relationships in a matrix setting
  • Work with internal stakeholders to recommend campaigns/outreach efforts to support new and renewal sales. Report on results regularly
  • Collaborative work-style. You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders, requiring a flexible style that both complements the efforts and supports the needs of others. You have a proven track record of getting results by building strong relationships and partnerships, both with outside clients and internal staff

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, English or related field
  • Action oriented and deadline driven; ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Digital marketing and direct mail experience required
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Management of key marketing systems (SFDC, Pardot and Robohead) used for digital marketing initiatives and to generate, distribute, and report on leads/revenue

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Skilled and efficient in the use of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Power Point
  • Budget reconciliation and management
