The role of the Project Coordinator is to assist the Project Manager in finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Coordinator will manage the operations of production to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved and internal & external resources are adequate.

Responsibilities

·               Manage project development from beginning to end

·               Liaise with team members and other departments on an ongoing basis

·               Serve as back-up to the Project Manager

·               Set and continually manage project expectations with team members

·               Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel

·               Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team

·               Identify and manage project dependencies

·               Plan and schedule project timelines using appropriate tolls

·               Track project milestones and deliverables

·               Develop and deliver progress reports and required documentation

Position Requirements

·               University degree or college diploma in the field of Project Management

·               2 years direct work experience in project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution

·               Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Salesforce

·               Competent and proficient understanding of all MS office software

·               Demonstrated experience in personnel management

·               Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

·               Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

·               Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently

·               Flexible during times of change

·               Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines

·               Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
