smartdept is hiring a Social Media Coordinator for our client in Chicago! This is a full-time long-term contract opportunity working with a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider. The ideal candidate will come with at least 3 years of experience.

what you'll do: 

  • assist in the creation of social media content on the marketing team
  • help to develop NEW content such as blog posts, videos, podcasts, etc.
  • manage existing social media content
  • assist in analyzing content

what you'll need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of marketing or prior social media management experience
  • familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with content management tools
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to analyze data and explain findings
  • Some design experience
