smartdept. inc. is searching for a Marketing Specialist for a medical association client in Rosemont, IL. The ideal candidate will come with 3-5 years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies in the philanthropic space. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity expected to last 6+ months.
What You’ll Do:
Develop integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics for including individual giving, community relations programs, individual giving, member outreach programs, and corporate sponsorships, that deliver and maintain the brand promise to targeted customer segments, align with strategic initiatives for growth, and meet objectives. Copywriting and coordination/project management of marketing pieces.What You’ll Need:
- 3-5 years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies in the philanthropic space.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create a variety of tactics including email, direct mail, digital and print ads, and video; ability to work with the design team.
- Effective verbal and written interpersonal communication and project management skills are necessary, as well as experience collaborating with a wide range of internal audiences.
- Be solution-oriented, flexible, and focused on executing plans that successfully meet objectives
- Ability to analyze marketing campaigns for effectiveness
