smartdept.inc. is searching for a Scrum Master for a pharmacy and eCommerce client located in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will come with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This is a full-time, 12-month contract-to-hire that will be remote to start but will convert to on-site. Candidates must be local to Chicago.

What You’ll Do:

The individual will come in and manage projects, workstreams, and components. They will work with product or engineering teams as some initiatives are very engineer-driven. They will implement new tech on the backend and detect defects, perform tech desk activities and manage customer relationships. They will also be helping build capabilities on an app that is both physical and digital in nature.

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of experience required
Experience with Azure DevOps, MS Office tools, and Excel SOFT
CSM, BS computer Science preferred
To be motivated, easy-going, positive, and enjoys a challenge
Omni Channel capabilities for customers, passionate about building great customer experiences
