Digital Content Specialist

smartdept.inc. is searching for a Digital Content Specialist for a global company located in Ada, MI. The ideal candidate will come with at least 2 years of experience. This is a full-time, 12-month contract position with the option for an extension that will be onsite in Ada, MI. Candidates must be in the Grand Rapids area. 

What You’ll Do: 

You will be coding and maintaining HTML email templates. You will be setting up the details, scheduling email campaigns, doing QA testing, tagging, and deploying. Part of this position is helping the company transition from its current platforms to a new system that is launching at the beginning of the year.

 What You’ll Need: 

• Experience in coding and maintaining HTML email templates.
• Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design are required.
• Fluent with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop
• Ability to set up and execute campaigns, including list generation and data management.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
