Sr. Digital and Marketing Product Analyst
smartdept.inc. is searching for a Sr. Digital and Marketing Product Analyst for a pharmacy and eCommerce client located in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will come with 5 + years of experience. This is a full-time, 12-month, fully remote contract.
What You’ll Do:
You will be analyzing business processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and/or required controls, documenting procedures, and tracking key performance indicators. You will be participating in developing new products and programs, leading process design/redesign activities, and identifying change management impacts. You will patriciate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new system design. You must possess a thorough understanding of data, sources of date, and relationships of data to generate meaningful information for management and others throughout the company.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in a business analytics role
- Experience with Adobe Analytics
- Proficient in advanced analytic tools including SQL
- Proficient in data visualization tools including Power BI
- Proven statistical and analytic skills such as A/B testing, clustering, and trend analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence marketing decisions
