smartdept. inc. is searching for a Copywriter for a media & advertising company located in Northbrook, IL. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly with shopper or agency experience. This is a fully remote, contract position. The expected compensation for this role is $25-$30/hour depending on experience.
What You’ll Do:
Working closely with Account Executives and clients, you will provide compelling copy to create engaging campaigns. Meeting with and presenting to clients is a major component of the position. You will also work closely with the Art Director to ensure brand standards are met across all mediums.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience with shopper or agency brands preferred
- Experience in several types of copy, including short-form and ad copy
- Strong communication and presentation skills
