Instructional Content Manager

smartdept. inc. is searching for an Instructional Content Manager for a carwash franchise in Holland, MI. The ideal candidate will come with experience in Learning Management Systems and database management. This is a fully on-site, contract opportunity expected to last 3-6 months, with possibility of extension or conversion. The expected compensation for this position is $20/hour.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with the Learning and Development team to translate highly technical training materials into digestible content
- Update and publish curriculum templates for print and digital platforms, including learning management systems
- Assist in the management of course materials for delivery of face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses
- Work with subject matter experts and identify the target audience’s training needs
- Upload and manage training documents in internal databases
What You’ll Need:
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a retail atmosphere
- Experience with UKG Management Systems a plus
- Experience with Rise 360
