Remote Digital Content Specialist

smartdept.inc. is searching for a Digital Content Specialist for a global Health and Beauty company located in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will come with at least 3 years of experience managing transactional emails. This is a remote full-time opportunity. 

What You’ll Do:

Work with the internal technical teams and external agencies to manage the production of transactional emails. Upkeep the relevance of transactional emails as business requirements and digital/website updates are planned and implemented. Gather business requirements for transactional emails and communicate requirements to digital and IT teams. The Digital Content Specialist will also conduct in-depth quality assurance on all transactional emails before publishing the emails. 

What You’ll Need:

3+ years of experience working with transactional emails such as password reminder, purchase confirmations, and personalized product notifications.
Experience liaising with digital teams, technical teams and external agencies
Expertise in email management
Skilled with updating operating procedures 
Must be an excellent communicator, organized and experienced with managing a robust workload
