smartdept. inc. is in search of a Channel Strategy Manager for a financial services company located in Chicago. This is a full-time, 6-month contract.
What You'll Do:
The Channel Strategy Manager will be responsible for managing communication strategy text & push channel delivering a best-in-class customer experience. They will act as a single source of contact (enterprise-wide) for text/app push strategy, requests and assists with prioritization. This role liaises between Marketing and Technology assisting in the creation, modification, and testing of customer campaigns. Responsibilities also include creation/execution of management reporting, annual content reviews, and streamlining department processes
What You'll Need:
- Education - Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Communications, etc. - Minimum
- 2+ years Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Communications, and Content Strategy or similar -minimum
- 4+ years Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Communications and Content Strategy or similar - preferred
- In Lieu of Education Experience: 4+ years Marketing, Financial Services Marketing, Communications, and Content Strategy or similar - minimum
