Social Media Manager
smartdept. is searching for a Social Media Manager for a global health and wellness client located in Ada, MI. This is a full-time, remote, 6-month contract opportunity with the possibility of an extension. Compensation for this position is expected to be $39-$46/hour depending on experience level and fit.
This is a creative, energized team, working with a customer-centric strategy to help create positive first impressions of our health and wellbeing products.
In this role you will be focused on social media, helping to analyze and determine what content to create on brand channels. Working with a strong agency partner, you will be focused on planning and developing content to engage customers and build community around our health and beauty brands. You will also coordinate the social media approach for new product launches and brand building, content creation and content management. Your knowledge of social media and social analytics will help us deliver content that creates conversation and interest in our products and brands.
What You’ll Do:

· Support the social media creation for social channels

· Work closely with the Social Media team and agency partners on developing editorial calendars, product launch campaigns, content creator programs, campaign analytics and reporting

· Review and analyze social media data to inform content decision making and channel performance

· Partner with Brand Marketing and other cross functional teams on go-to-market strategies and activations for upcoming product launches

· Assist in daily social executions including editorial calendar review, content creator reviews, PO creation, product ordering
What You’ll Need:

· Corporate or agency social media experience managing brand or corporate social pages

· Demonstrated experience in interpreting and applying social analytics
- Understanding of Instagram and social media trends

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital or a related field
