Digital Content Specialist 43637
smartdept. is searching for a Digital Content Specialist to support the strategy, development, deployment, and analysis of CRM email campaigns for a large, global consumer products organization. These communications reach a variety of audiences, including independent business partners and customers, and must be executed accurately, on time, and at scale.
In this role, you will serve as a key connector between internal stakeholders, agency partners, and the CRM production team. You will manage campaign logistics end-to-end, ensure content readiness and quality, and help guide stakeholders on CRM capabilities while supporting high-volume, deadline-driven communications.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and the CRM production team

Identify CRM deliverables and manage all aspects of campaigns, including planning, timelines, risks, and resources

Submit use cases and supporting documentation for review and approval

Schedule creative downloads and maintain updated content briefs

Manage creative routing, consolidate proof comments, and provide final English HTML for translation teams

Conduct detailed QA for CRM emails across multiple languages and markets, validating links, artwork, videos, and functionality

Provide guidance to stakeholders on CRM platform capabilities and limitations
-
Track campaign progress, milestones, and deliverables, including work estimation and re-estimation as needed

Distribute final CRM creative assets to internal stakeholders for reference

Provide on-call support for end-of-month email communications

Provide on-call, 24/7 support for urgent communications following established protocols

Serve as backup support for the email coordinator
Required Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent certification)

Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related role

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing workflows

Previous experience or familiarity with project management

Ability to resolve routine issues and follow established processes

Comfortable supporting projects under close supervision
