Claude AI Trainer

smartdept. is searching for a Claude AI Trainer for a marketing agency client. The ideal candidate will come with experience working with AI tools and training others. This is a part-time, fully remote, short-term freelance opportunity with the possibility of an extension. 

This role will focus on training an internal team member on how to effectively use Claude AI for productivity, content creation, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate is both hands-on with AI tools and comfortable teaching in a clear, practical, and approachable way.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one training sessions on Claude AI usage
• Develop and deliver structured, easy-to-follow training materials
• Demonstrate best practices, use cases, and prompt strategies
• Help integrate AI tools into day-to-day workflows
• Answer questions and provide ongoing support and guidance

What You’ll Need:

Education/Experience:

• experience working with Claude
• experience in training, coaching, or consulting preferred
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly way

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience supporting creative, marketing, or business teams
• Familiarity with workflow optimization and productivity tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
