Senior Project Manager

smartdept. is searching for a Senior Project Manager for a global health and wellness client located in the greater Grand Rapids, MI area. This is a part-time (15-20 hrs/week), hybrid (Tuesday and Thursday in office but can be flexible), 6-month contract opportunity. Compensation for this position is expected to be $50/hr -$57/hr depending on experience level and fit. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Support complex programs with high visibility across the organization, including supporting the needs of the brand, enterprise sustainability and cross-brand traceability
• Organize programs, build out work streams, bring clarity, and connect all the right people, all while keeping the work going cross-functionally for effective and efficient deployments
• Define and solve consumer needs
• Structure complex problems into well-scoped deliverables and focus on driving decisions to enable speed to market
• Have a strong understanding of the direct selling business model, product development process and supply chain design 

What You’ll Need: 

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience
