Graphic Designer

smartdept. is searching for a Graphic Designer for an agency client specializing in the CPG industry. The ideal candidate will come with 3-5 years of experience. This is a fully remote contract opportunity. 

This opportunity will specifically be designing materials for a baby/child product.

What You’ll Do: 

• Create and develop visual concepts and images that communicate a message to a target audience 
• Work with client to understand needs and goals
• Use illustration skills to develop patterns and designs
• Use a variety of design software to create graphics, illustrations, and layouts
• Ensure that all graphics and visuals are of high quality and meet the client's specifications
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies

What You’ll Need: 

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer
• Previous experience designing in the baby/child or beauty/fashion industries preferred 
• Proficiency in a variety of design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in packaging design preferred
