Graphic Designer

smartdept. is searching for a Graphic Designer for a beverage client located in Oregon. The ideal candidate will come with 3+ years of experience. This is a remote contract. Compensation for this position is expected to be $25-$/27 hour depending on experience level and fit. 

This role focuses on creating high-quality print materials for the spirits industry, including retail merchandising assets, POP displays, and shelf talkers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to pivot quickly to accommodate last-minute changes.

What You’ll Do: 

• Design and produce print materials for retail merchandising, POP displays, and shelf talkers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
• Communicate effectively to gather feedback and refine designs.

What You’ll Need: 

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the spirits or retail industry.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
