smartdept. is searching for a Senior Marketing Manager for an AEC industry client located in the Denver or Colorado Springs area .
The ideal candidate will come with 7–10 years of experience. This is a hybrid opportunity. This role supports marketing efforts for an AEC professional services firm partnering closely with senior leadership. The position focuses on proposal support, writing, graphics, and digital marketing across architecture, engineering, and civil services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support marketing initiatives for architecture, engineering, and civil services

  • Develop and support proposals

  • Write marketing content

  • Support social media efforts

  • Create and manage graphics

  • Support digital marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate within a matrix design group

  • Work closely with senior leadership

What You’ll Need:

Experience:

  • 7–10 years of experience

  • AEC industry experience

  • Professional services experience

  • Significant exposure to proposal work

Skills & Attributes:

  • Brings ideas to the table

  • Strong sense of urgency

  • Comfortable working with senior leadership

  • Experience working within a professional creative suite
